What is NeuraIntell?

Step 1: Upload Your Knowledge Base

Start by adding the information you want your AI to know about. You can upload documents or provide website URLs to crawl.

Supported formats:
  • PDF files - Manuals, guides, documentation
  • DOCX files - Policies, procedures, FAQs
  • TXT files - Plain text documentation
  • CSV files - Product catalogs, data sheets
  • Websites (URLs) - Help center, blog, documentation site

💡 Tip: Upload your most frequently asked questions, product details, and support documentation first. The more relevant information you provide, the better your AI will perform.

Step 2: Test Your AI Assistant

Before adding the widget to your website, test it in the dashboard to ensure it's answering questions correctly.

How to test:

Step 4: Create API Key & Embed Widget

To add the chat widget to your website, create an API key that allows secure connection to your AI assistant.

Creating your API key:

  4. 4Copy the key and paste it in the embed code
  5. 5Add the code before the closing </body> tag on your website

⚠️ Important: Your API key is like a password. Keep it private and don't share it publicly. If compromised, delete it and create a new one.
